PROPOSAL TO REVOKE THE CLASSIFICATION AS COMMUNITY LAND

The land is a long narrow parcel surrounded by two other privately owned allotments.  It does not currently have road access.  Due to its shape it would be best developed in conjunction with one of the two adjoining allotments.  Subject to the revocation proposal, the land could be sold to provide funds for community facilities.
